Lucasfilm publishing announced the full slate of tie-in books and comics for Solo: A Star Wars Story today in a feature by Entertainment Weekly's Anthony Breznican.  Among the announcements are the adult novel titled Star Wars: Last Shot  by Daniel Jose Older (Shadowshaper, Half-Resurection Blues) about Han Solo and Lando Calrissian, the YA novel Star Wars: Most Wanted by Rae Carson (The Girl of Fire and Thorns) about Han and Qi'ra, and the comic book series Lando: Double or Nothing by Rodney Barnes.  In addition, The Art of Solo by Phil Szostak and Solo: The Official Guide by Pablo Hidalgo were also announced.

Lucasfilm Publishing creative director Michael Siglain offered more insight into the books to Entertainment Weekly.  He revealed that Last Shot book will cover three eras: first Lando and L3-37 (played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge in the film) prior to Solo, then Han and Chewie between Solo and A New Hope, and then finally Han, Leia, and young Ben following the events of Return of the Jedi.  He also revealed that Sana Starros, who was first introduced as Han's long lost "wife" in the Marvel comics will be featured in the novel.  Last Shot will be released on April 17th.  You can check out the reversible covers below,

Siglain also spoke about Most Wanted, the young adult novel, revealing that it takes place when Han and Qi'ra are teenagers, saying,

"This is about the younger, young Han Solo.  We’ll see what it was like for these two kids from Corellia to survive the seedy streets of this industrial world. They’re definitely products of their environment, and this story shows that."

No release date for Most Wanted has been revealed, however it does say "Read this book, then see Solo: A Star Wars Story" on the cover, which you can see below,

As for the comic book, Lando: Double Or Nothing, Siglain shared that the series will take place immediately before the events of Solo and will tell Lando and L3's backstory.  The first issue of the series will be released May 30th (the first Wednesday after the film).  The cover for the first issue can be seen below,

These are not the first contributions to the Star Wars galaxy that Older and Carson have made.  Both contributed a story to the short story anthology From A Certain Point Of View, which retold A New Hope from the perspective of forty different background characters (in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Star Wars). Carson also wrote a short story in the Star Wars: Canto Bight anthology.  It is a Star Wars debut for Barnes, however, who is best known for his work in TV on shows like The Boondocks and Everybody Hates Chris.

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25th!
