Joss Whedon "Angry" About Not Being Able to Direct Episode VII

Time to scratch another name off the list of potential directors for Star Wars Episode VII.  This time it's Joss Whedon.  Whedon spoke with CNN recently saying "I'm as angry as you should be."  To be fair there was never really a chance Whedon would direct the film, given his current commitments to Mravel through Avengers 2 (also due out in 2015) and the upcoming television series S.H.I.E.L.D..  Whedon acknowledges this saying, "When I heard that I was like, 'I wonder... no, I really can't do that. Oh, I already have a job.' I wouldn't clear the Avengers. I'm having so much fun with that sequel right now, just with the script, that I couldn't imagine not doing it."
