As has become tradition, StarWars.com announced today that they will once again be hosting a live stream from the red carpet at the world premiere of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The live stream will be hosted by The Star Wars Show hosts Andi Gutierrez and Anthony Carboni. It will begin at 5:30 pm PT (8:30 pm ET) on Monday December 16th, and will feature interviews with the cast and crew of the film, as well as some of the other celebrities in attendance.
StarWars.com is also inviting fans to participate by submitting videos of themselves to be featured on the "FanCam" during the live stream. Fans can upload the videos using the hashtags #SWSRedCarpet and #TheRiseofSkywalker. On this week's episode of The Star Wars Show, several specific questions were posed for fans who want to submit videos in advance. Those questions are: who would be your droid companion while exploring the galaxy, which cute new creature from The Rise of Skywalker are you most excited to meet, which character are you most excited to see in The Rise of Skywalker, and which side calls to you--light or dark?
