Empire Magazine Reveals Amazing 'The Rise Of Skywalker' Covers

In preparation of Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker we are already being treated to a ton of amazing promotional material. Empire Magazine has just revealed a trio of new covers for their upcoming issue which will be covering the final installment of the Skywalker saga, and they are most impressive.


The first one is a subscriber exclusive cover featuring artwork created by Paul Shipper. The cover shows Rey (Daisy Ridley) and a helmeted Kylo Ren (Adam Driver standing back to back with their Lightsabers drawn.


The second and third covers are the newsstand editions and includes art that flows together when placed side by side. One features Kylo Ren, while the other features Rey. Put together, they reveal an image of the two Force users in the heat of battle with their blades locked together. You can see the individual covers below, and the combined version at the top of this article.


The contents of this issue are sure to be enlightening as well as it features interviews Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, writer/director J.J. Abrams, and co-writer Chris Terrio. The issue is expected to hit newsstands on October 3rd. You can subscribe to Empire by clicking here!
