Maybe you've been to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and are hungry to bring part of the experience home. Or maybe you haven't been yet and are looking for a taste of life in Black Spire. Either way, you might be interested in checking out the upcoming official Galaxy's Edge cookbook, being released by Disney and Insight Editions on November 5th. The book, which is titled Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — The Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook, will feature recipes for dishes that are inspired by the food available at the park (which, like the park itself, is presented as "in-universe" food from the Star Wars galaxy).
The book is written by Marc Sumerak and Chelsea Monroe-Cassel, however it presented as an "in-universe" text by Strono “Cookie” Tuggs, the former head-chef at Maz Kanata's castle on Takodana. Some of the recipes featured in the book are, Gurrek Gravy, Emulsauce, and Chadian Dressing. You can see a couple of preview pages from the book below,
