Back in May Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge officially opened at Disneyland in Anaheim, and is slated to open at Walt Disney World in Orlando on August 29th. While one of Galaxy's Edge's rides, Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run, is currently up and running, there's still one more, perhaps even bigger attraction that is still coming soon.
Star Wars: Rise Of The Resistance will put riders onboard a First Order Star Destroyer and in the thick of an intense battle between the Resistance and the First Order in a fully immersive adventure. The Disney Parks Blog has now confirmed when this new ride will be opening to the public. Rise Of The Resistance will officially launch at Walt Disney World in Florida on December 5th. In California at Disneyland, the ride will be ready for visitors starting January 17th.
