We're now less than 70 days away from Star Wars Celebration Chicago, Lucasfilm's official fan convention, taking place April 11th-15th at McCormmick Place. One of the highlights of the show is the opportunity for fans to meet and get autographs from the people who helped create the galaxy far, far away, and today Lucasfilm announced six more guests, covering a wide range of Star Wars projects, who will be on hand in Chicago.
The guests are: Ashley Eckstein (voice of Ahsoka Tano on Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels), Daniel Logan (Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones and The Clone Wars), Jett Lucas (Zett Jukassa in Attack of the Clones and son of George Lucas), Ken Leung (Admiral Statura in The Force Awakens), Katy Kartwheel (creature performer in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi), and John Ratzenberger (Major Derlin in The Empire Strikes Back).
Previously announced guests include some of the co-stars of the new films, a group of Star Wars authors, ILM's Rob Bedrow, six Star Wars voice actors, and stage hosts Warwick Davis, David Collins, and Amy Ratcliffe.
Also announced, the lineup for the Star Wars Celebration Podcast Stage was announced. Twenty-four great podcasts were selected for the stage and you can see the complete list below,
The Star Wars Celebration Podcast Stage is a great initiative that Lucasfilm started back at Celebration Anaheim in 2015 (when the SWU Podcast was apart of that inaugural lineup), and even though we won't be participating this time (we'll be hosting a live podcast at our booth on Monday) I'm thrilled to see the Stage continue to be a part of Celebration. I want to congratulate all the podcasts that are on the stage, I know from personal experience how great an experience and what an honour it is.
