"You need an incredibly fast ship, and a brilliant pilot."
"We've got the pilot."
We're now just mere weeks away from the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story in theaters. Star Wars Day brought us the news that tickets for the film are now on sale, leading to a massive flood of presales. To celebrate and promote the release of tickets, Lucasfilm has revealed a new TV spot for Solo.
Titled "Ride", the teaser gives us a good bit of new footage and dialogue, including a new shot of the Millennium Falcon in flight, more glimpses of Lando in action and his interactions with Han, as well as a new look a Dryden Vos, played by Paul Bettany. And for the first time we actually get to hear Vos speak! In addition, it appears Beckett is teaching Chewie how to play Dejarik. You can watch the clip below:
Solo: A Star Wars Story opens in theaters on May 25th and stars Alden Ehrenreich (Hail Caesar!) as Han Solo, Joonas Suotamo (The Last Jedi) as Chewbacca, Donald Glover (Atlanta) as Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) as Qi'Ra, Woody Harrelson (True Detective) as Beckett, Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) as L3-37, Thandie Newton (Westworld) as Val, and Paul Bettany (The Avengers) as Dryden Vos. The film is directed by Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind), with a script by Lawrence Kasdan (The Empire Strikes Back) and his son Jon Kasdan (The First Time).
