Thanks to our friends at Jedi Bibliothek we have the plot description for the sixth episode of Star Wars Rebels! "Breaking Ranks" will presumably follow "Rise Of The Old Masters", you can read the synopsis for that episode here. Check out synopsis for Breaking Ranks below. But be warned; major SPOILERS are included:
"The Rebels send Ezra (going by an alias) on an undercover mission into the Imperial Academy to steal a decoder. There, the boy meets two new friends, Zare and Jai, who, too, are among the best cadets. When Ezra learns that the Emperor wants to have the best cadets brought to him, he attempts to escape from the Academy with them. When they have almost made it, Zare decides to remain behind in the Academy because that was his only opportunity to find his missing sister again."
The Star Wars Rebels Visual Guide backs up this report. An excerpt from page 117 reads:
"Ezra sneaks into Lothal's imperial Academy and poses as a cadet in order to steal and Imperial decoder. In the process he learns that the Inquisitor intends to take fellow cadet Jai Kell as his prisoner. Ezra enlists his friend Zare Leonis to help them escape."
Further information such as cast, crew and an air date we're not provided. When that info surfaces, we'll be sure to share it.
Star Wars Rebels premieres two weeks from today on October 3rd at 9pm ET/PT with a one-hour movie title "Spark Of Rebellion" on the Disney Channel!
