As we all anxiously await the first full trailer for The Mandalorian (hopefully) dropping later today, this morning we've already been treated to something really special. Just ahead of the hotly anticipated Disney+ panel at D23 Expo, Lucasfilm has unveiled the first poster for the upcoming series on their various social media channels.
The poster features The Mandalorian himself, portrayed by Pedro Pascal, walking through a very Tatooine-esque environment with his ship, the Razorcrest, parked in the background. The poster teases the release of The Mandalorian along with Disney+ on November 12th, which is currently only 80 days away! You can see the poster for yourself below:
The Mandalorian is described as "Mad Max meets Star Wars" and set just after the events of Return Of The Jedi in a seemingly lawless portion of the galaxy beyond the influence of the recently formed New Republic. Production began in back in October, with shooting taking place in southern California, and wrapped in February. The series stars Pedro Pascal(Game Of Thrones), Gina Carano (Deadpool), Nick Nolte (Affliction), Carl Weathers (Predator), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), and Omid Abtahi (American Gods).
