Sequel trilogy star Daisy Ridley has been out promoting her latest film, Ophelia, this week and naturally she has been getting a lot of Star Wars questions. She appeared on The Tonight Show last night and host Jimmy Fallon, of course, had to ask about The Rise Of Skywalker, which hits theaters this December. While Ridley couldn't reveal anything about the plot or Rey's journey in the film, however she did talk about the day that director JJ Abrams told her the story of the film, as well as what her last day on set was like. In a call back to a previous appearance on The Tonight Show, Fallon also asked Ridley if she had to bar tend at the wrap party for Ophelia (as she did at one of the Star Wars wrap parties), which led to two participating in a challenge to pour the perfect pint. You can watch that video below,
Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20th, 2019. The film is directed by JJ Abrams, with a script by Abrams and Chris Terio, and stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Kelly Marie Tran, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Keri Russell, Richard E. Grant, Naomi Ackie, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Joonas Suotamo, and Carrie Fisher.
