Lucasfilm, Lego, and Disney XD announced a new animated miniseries debuting on October 29th, titled Lego Star Wars: All-Stars. The series will be comprised of eight shorts and four half hour episodes. There will be five shorts that will be released online first, with new episodes dropping daily from October 29th to November 2nd. Then weekly half hour episodes will begin airing will air from November 10th to December 8th at 11am on Disney XD. You can watch the trailer for the series below,
The first half hour episode will be a compilation of the online shorts with three additional shorts making their debut. The following four episodes will be all new stories. The Lego Star Wars: All-Stars shorts will premiere on October 29th on the Disney XD YouTube channel and Disney NOW.
The series reunites several members of the team that brought us Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, with Bill Motz and Bob Roth developing the series for television and Jill Wilfert and Erik Wilstrup as executive producer.
