The fourth and final season of Star Wars Rebels is upon us! "Heroes Of Mandalore", the hour-long season premiere, aired on Disney XD earlier this week, starting off the final set of episodes that will wrap up the hit animated series' story. In accordance with all the bittersweet excitement surrounding the new episodes, fans of Rebels just did something truly amazing to celebrate the last season.
One of the many ways Star Wars fans have found to express their passion for the saga is through art. Just recently, a group of talented artists came together to create an incredible piece of art that pays tribute to season four of Star Wars Rebels. Artist Michael Pasquale, of 800 Pound Productions, took it upon himself to organize a collaborative effort between a collection of artists, as he explains in an interview with Johnamarie Macias from The Wookiee Gunner:
“With the last season approaching, I knew everyone was gearing up for it. Instead of each of us posting our own artwork like we usually do, why not collaborate and kickoff the final season together! It’d be a cool way to finally collaborate on something special and also show our appreciation to the cast and crew for 4 amazing seasons.”
The result of this endeavor was an amazing Star Wars Rebels poster that features elements created by 12 artists, including Ksenia Zelentsova, Darren Tibbles, Melissa Thomas, James Raiz, Olivia Moy, Bethany Moy, Courtney Morelock, Shane Molina, Misty Hillard, Carsten Bradley, and Elisa Ardell, along with Michael Pasquale. The artwork features all the main cast of Rebels, including the crew of the Ghost, Mon Mothma, Saw Gerrera, Fen Rau, Grand Admiral Thrawn, and others, as well as X-Wings, U-Wings, TIE Fighters, Star Destroyers, and a Loth-Wolf looming above all. Check it out below!
