Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill has been selected to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, California. Hamill was announced as part of the 2018 class, along side 33 other stars of film, television, live theater, music, and radio. Other inductees include Jeff Goldblum, Jennifer Lawrence, Lynda Carter, RuPaul, Shaunda Rimes, Snoop Dogg, Weird Al Yankovic, and Lin Manuel Miranda (who co-wrote the Jabba Flow track for The Force Awakens). Hamill joins other Star Wars celebrities with their names on the Walk of Fame, including Harrison Ford, Forest Whitaker, Samuel L. Jackson, and Alec Guinness.
