In the lead up to the release of Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, Entertainment Weekly is in the process of releasing a series of behind the scenes videos. The first, released last week, gave us a glimpse at the development of the newly iconic Droid BB-8, and today they revealed a new one focused on Rey's Speeder. Anthony Brezncan hosts the feature and explains the inspiration behind the Speeder, which included 1922 Aston Martin race car, along with Luke Skywalker's speeder seen in A New Hope. He also goes on to point out the finer details of the vehicle, such as it's armaments(or lack thereof), what's under the hood, and hints at what it's in-universe origin may be.
