After weeks of waiting, speculation, rumors and anticipation, we finally have the news we've been looking for! Lucasfilm has just confirmed exactly when we will see the final trailer for Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker.
In a brief teaser that was released to social media, Lucasfilm confirmed this morning that the newest, and last, trailer for The Rise Of Skywalker will be unleashed upon the world during Monday Night Football. The game, which will see the New England Patriots face off against the New York Jets, will kick off at 8:15 PM EST. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and the trailer itself will play during a commercial break at some point during the event. The teaser announcing the news gives us a brand new short clip from the film. It shows Rey and Chewbacca at the controls of the Millennium Falcon as Finn, Poe Dameron and C-3PO file into the cockpit behind them. You can watch it below:

UPDATE: It has been confirmed that tickets will go on sale immediately after the trailer is released.
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker opens in theaters on December 20th!
