Last month at Star Wars Celebration Chicago a bombshell was dropped in the form of the Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker teaser trailer! By now we've all seen it at least a thousand times, but what if there was a way to watch it in a completely different way?
Look no further than YouTuber John Stratman who has has created his own version of the now-iconic trailer. His take on the teaser takes inspiration from retro video games and completely reimagines The Rise Of Skywalker teaser in the classic 16-bit animation style. Everything from Rey's magnificent flip over Kylo Ren's TIE Fighter, to that all-too-familiar laugh at the end, the entire trailer is remade in this vintage style. You can watch the 16-bit version in full below:
Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker hits theaters (in much better quality) on December 20th!
