The new VR experience from ILMxLAB has a launch date.  Vader Immortal: Episode I will launch on the Oculus Quest later this month, on May 21st.  The story of Vader Immortal is set between the events of A New Hope and Revenge of the Sith, and takes place in Vader's castle on Mustafar (first seen in Rogue One).  The announcement of the experience's release date was made via the ILMxLAB twitter account, which tweeted the following,

Back in April at Star Wars Celebration Chicago, I had the chance to try the Vader Immortal demo that was available on the show floor.  In it, you are introduced to Darth Vader by Admiral Karious (voiced by Star Wars Rebels star Steve Blum), where your connection to the Force is established.  You are then taken to the lightsaber dojo, where you fight various training droids with your lightsaber.

The experience was a lot of fun, and very immersive (I got so caught up in the game that while swinging my lightsaber at a training droid, I accidentally made contact with *real* wall).  Despite this, it was extremely fun experience. The story portion of the experience is very engaging, as well.  I have to admit, coming face-to-face with Darth Vader while seemingly in the actual galaxy far, far away was an awe inspiring experience.  (Sadly, the demo did not get to the point where you meet the Maya Rudolph voiced droid.  But they had to save something for the actual release, I guess).

Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Experience - Episode I hits the Oculus Quest on May 21st.
