Galaxy's Edge Cast Members Assemble At Disneyland, & More Updates

We are now just mere days away from the official opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Construction on the park has apparently been completed as the Disney cast members that will "inhabit" the the planet Batuu have arrived at the park.

Disneyland Resort president Josh D'Amaro posted a photo on Instagram showing the entire team of Galaxy's Edge cast members assembled near the Millennium Falcon inside the park. You can check out the photo below:

The Disney Parks Blog has revealed a "Foodie Guide" detailing some of menu items that will be available at Galaxy's Edge's two eateries; Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and  Oga’s Cantina. You can click here to view the full guide.

Speaking of food and drinks, Instagram user sabrinalizette_ got a chance to visit Oga's Cantina and was able to come away with her drink coaster, which she shared a photo of:

Had a blast today at GALAXY’S EDGE. You will be FULLY IMMERSED 🛸Saw everything and had a cocktail at Oga’s Cantina 🙌🏼🥳🍹🍸. Unfortunately no photos today. I did snag my coaster as a souvenir ❤️. Also TWO NEW MUGS WILL BE RELEASED AT THE CANTINA. An Endor Mug $42.00 and a Porg Mug $32.00 . Both very cool looking. Can’t wait 🙌🏼 to purchase each. Also I’ll have some tips for you all up soon!

In a Disneyland Know Before You Go video, we get new looks at some of the merchandise that will be available at Galaxy's Edge. The video also confirms that some of said merch will for for sale in Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland as well:



Also on YouTube, a new 360 video has been posted featuring the main hold, or "chess room" of the Millennium Falcon at Galaxy's Edge. Guests will be able to freely explore this room in person when the park opens, but for now you can virtually explore it with the awesome video:

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is slated to open at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on May 31st, and will only be available to those with reservations through June 23rd. The park at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida  will open on August 29th.
