Lucasfilm announced this week that they will be continuing the tradition of live streaming the red carpet premiere of the new Star Wars film this year. Fans will be able to tune into the live stream of the festivities on Thursday May 10th at 5pm PT (8pm ET). The stream will once again be hosted by The Star Wars Show hosts Andi Guttierrez and Anthony Carboni, and will feature lots of interviews with cast and crew of the film.
The company is also inviting fans to participate in the live stream by sending in short videos of themselves answering specific questions, such as "Who would be your Millennium Falcon co-pilot?" or "Who’s the galaxy’s most fashionable gambler?"

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25th, 2018 and stars Alden Ehrenreich (Hail Caesar!) as Han Solo, Donald Glover (Atlanta) as Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) as Qi'Ra, Woody Harrelson (True Detective) as Tobias Beckett, Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) as L3-37, Thandie Newton (Westworld) as Val, Paul Bettany (The Avengers) as Dryden Vos, and Joonas Suotamo (The Last Jedi) as Chewbacca. The film is directed by Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind), with a script by Lawrence Kasdan (The Empire Strikes Back) and his son Jon Kasdan (The First Time).
