The Star Wars films have always been celebrated for their achievements in the world of visual effects, and The Last Jedi is no different. The nominations for the 16th annual Visual Effects Society Awards were announced yesterday and the most recent Star Wars film picked up four nominations. In addition to The Last Jedi's nods, the ILMxLAB experience Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire picked up a nomination as well. The Visual Effects Society Awards ceremony will be held on February 13th.
