It's becoming an annual tradition this time of the year to watch The Star Wars Show's live stream of the red carpet premiere of the latest Star Wars movie. StarWars.com announced today that the red carpet for The Last Jedi will be live streamed on StarWars.com and the official Star Wars YouTube channel. The festivities will be hosted by regular The Star Wars Show hosts Andi Gutierrez and Anthony Carboni, along with contributor David Collins. The live stream will begin at 5pm PT this Saturday (December 9th), and will feature interviews with the cast and crew of the film as well as celebrity Star Wars fans (guests in previous years have included Kevin Smith, Wil Wheaton, and Josh Gad). The news was announced on this week's episode of The Star Wars Show, which you can check out below,
Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15th. The
film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and stars Daisy Ridley as
Rey, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, John Boyega as Finn, Adam Driver as
Kylo Ren, Carrie Fisher as Leia Organa, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Kelly Marie Tran as Rose Tico,
Laura Dern as Amilyn Holdo, Benicio Del Toro as DJ, and Lupita Nyong'o
as Maz Kanata.
