A great deal of intrigue surrounds Star Wars: The Last Jedi, especially since that amazing teaser trailer dropped. Since being introduced to a plethora of new characters in 2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens, fans have been itching to know what the future holds for Rey, Finn, Poe and all the others.

In a new interview with The Guardian, Poe Dameron actor Oscar Isaac spoke about The Last Jedi and what we can expect from his character and others in the film. While he couldn't offer many solid details, what he did provide is interesting enough:

“The characters that you know already: their specific character flaws or their weaknesses get tested. And out of that, I think, you get to see a bit more of who they are. The best way to learn about somebody is to see them in a crisis.”

While we have assumed for some time that Rey will undergo a major Jedi test under the tutelage of Luke Skywalker, it sounds like several other characters will also be facing their own trails and tribulations through the course of The Last Jedi. December 15th cannot get here soon enough!
