The possibility of an Obi-Wan Kenobi Anthology (stand alone) film, is something that has been rumored for a while, and anytime someone brings it up to Ewan McGregor he seems excited by the idea. Collider recently spoke with McGregor, who played Obi-Wan in the prequel trilogy and for one line in The Force Awakens, and asked him about the possibility of doing an Obi-Wan Anthology film (or three), the possibility of him returning as Force ghost Obi-Wan in Episode VIII or IX, and his experience seeing The Force Awakens. McGregor definitely seems to be hinting at something (though he could always just be messing with us). I would love to see McGregor back as Obi-Wan for more films, so hopefully Disney can make this happen.
