William Shatner Appears Dressed as a Stormtrooper During CMA Opening

William Shatner has jumped from the Star Trek universe to the Star Wars universe!  Well, not really.  But Shatner, who enjoys poking at the friendly rivalry between Star Trek and Star Wars fans (especially when it involves Carrie Fisher).  While Fisher was nowhere to be seen, Shatner appeared with another famous Carrie during the opening of the Country Music Awards.  Shatner "interrupted" Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley's opening last night dressed as a stormtrooper.  Check it out below (Shatner appears at around 9:15 in the video),
