With the release of the new trailer for Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens last week, it was a natural topic for discussion on various the late night talk shows. While most focused on the reaction to the trailer or the fact that it debuted during football, The Late Show host Stephen Colbert took a different approach. Colbert, who previously did a segment on his old show The Colbert Report about Kylo Ren's lightsaber back when the first trailer debuted, used this as an opportunity to share his theory on the plot of The Force Awakens.
