Star Wars: The Clone Wars will continue this Summer with the release of the new novel Star Wars: Dark Disciple, written by Christie Golden. The book is based on scripts from The Clone Wars series which never made it to animated form. Random House has released the full synopsis for Dark Disciple, which stars Quinlan Vos and Asajj Ventress. Read it below:

Wow, this sounds fantastic! Ventress is arguably one of the most intriguing characters to appear in The Clone Wars, and Vos has a rich and fascinating backstory that runs deep in Legends. Bringing these two together for an undoubtedly doomed mission to assasinate Count Dooku will make for an incredibly interesting read!
