Star Wars References in 87th Academy Awards Opening Song

The 87th Academy Awards featured more Star Wars references than any previous Oscar show of recent memory (or at least since I started watching).  Whether it was presenters from Star Wars projects past present and future, like Liam Neeson (Qui-Gon Jinn in Episode I), David Oyelowo (Agent Kallus on Star Wars Rebels), and Lupiata Nyong'o (Star Wars Episdoe VII: The Force Awakens), or John Williams getting a shout out during the nominees for Best Original Score, Star Wars was everywhere!  But the most references in the shortest amount of time definitely came during host Neil Patrick Harris' opening number where there were 4 Star Wars references in five and a half minutes.  This included, of course, dancing stormtroopers.  Check it out for yourself below,

A fun number with great Star Wars references, what more could you ask for?
