More details and rumors continue to spill in about the upcoming "bonus content" from Star Wars: The Clone Wars. In a recent interview with Bryan Young & Mike Pilot on the Full of Sith Podcast, composer Kevin Kiner, who scored the music for all five seasons of the Clone Wars and it's pilot film, dropped some hints at what we can expect from the future of the Clone Wars. At around 20 minutes in he had this to say:
"We have about ten shows that we're still working on that are going to be part of the special material. And even, hopefully, there's going to be a soundtrack record as a part of this special material... They're in negotiations about that so we're not positive that's going to happen."
Considering that he said that they are "still working on" ten episodes could mean there are other episodes that are completed already. For example, the Clovis Arc, which was featured in clips and trailers for Season five, was presumably finished and ready to be aired in season five but was bumped to season six due to scheduling conflicts. Hopefully there are many more than 10 episodes in our future. It is also great to hear talks of a Clone Wars soundtrack, which is something fans have been requesting for a very long time.
