News broke on Saturday that infamous Podcasters Jason Swank and Jimmy "Mac" McInerney would be leaving their longtime positions as hosts of the ForceCast, TheForce.net's official Podcast. Swank has hosted the ForceCast since it's inception in 2006 and McInerney later joined him as the co-host. TFN released a statement saying, "[Swank & Mac] are moving on though, to RebelForce Radio, their own production. I'm sure there will be ample communication on this very soon." The new show premieres January 19th and will feature some of the same classic ForceCast segments including the Billy Dee quote of the Week & outrageous, unthinkable news. No word yet on who will replace Jason & Jimmy Mac as hosts on the ForceCast, but TFN's Dustin Roberts explained on the ForcCast's Facebook page that, "We've had a lot of fans asking if The ForceCast will be going away? No it is not, we will be returning soon with new content for everyone."
