Lucasfilm and Entertainment Weekly have released a new image from the upcoming film Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, which hits theaters in December. The image features Zorii Bliss, the mysterious, helmeted character played by Keri Russell. In the image, Zorii appears to be holding up some sort of coin (or other type of small disk) and showing it to someone who has their back to the camera (based on the hair, I'm going to guess its Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron). Check it out below,
Little is known about Zorii. She has been described as shady and an old friend of Poe's, who we will meet in the "Thieves Quarter" on the planet Kiljimi. About the script, Russell said in an interview, "When I read his script that he wrote I cried. I mean who knows what it will turn out to
be and I hope it remains true to what he originally wanted."
As for when we might get to see more from Zorii, the rumor currently is that we'll be seeing the new trailer for The Rise Of Skywalker on October 21st during Monday Night Football on ESPN.
