This past weekend at Awesome Con in Washington DC Star Wars star John Boyega was on hand to meet fans and answer questions about his career. Awesome Con has released the full panel featuring the Finn actor being interviewed on stage about Star Wars, Pacific Rim, and more, on their official YouTube channel. The Q&A panel with Boyega is hosted by Entertainment Tonight's Ash Crossan and features a surprise appearance by Chewbacca actor Joonas Suotamo. You check it out for yourself below,
This was the convention where Boyega revealed that he heard from his Star Wars co-star Daisy Ridley, who had shared with him that their characters will be sharing more screen time in Episode IX than they did in The Last Jedi. So fans who missed the Rey and Finn dynamic that was so important in The Force Awakens when they were separated in The Last Jedi will have their wishes fulfilled in December 2019.
