Last week, Rian Johnson announced a surprise bonus feature included with the digital release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, a "score-only" version. In this version, the dialogue, sound effects, and background noise is removed so that the only sound you hear as you watch the film is John Williams' musical score. This version of the film is currently only available on Movies Anywhere (which is ironically only available in the US). Today, Lucasfilm released a featurette about the film's music to promote the "score only" version of the film on the official Star Wars YouTube. The featurette features Johnson talking about working with Williams on the film. Check it out below,
The Last Jedi is available digitally in the U.S and Canada now and will be released on blu-ray and 4K Ultra on March 27th.
