'The Last Jedi' Is Now The Tenth Highest Grossing Film Of All Time Worldwide

Star Wars: The Last Jedi has surpassed a couple of new milestones at the box office this week, becoming the highest grossing film worldwide released in 2017 and hitting #10 on the highest grossing films of all time list.  To achieve both of these feats The Last Jedi worldwide gross passed that of Beauty and the Beast, and currently sits at $1.269 billion. 


The Last Jedi is the second highest grossing Star Wars film worldwide behind The Force Awakens, which currently sits in third place overall having made $2.056 billion following its 2015 release.  The next highest grossing Star Wars film is Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which currently sits at #23 overall with $1.056 billion.
