Video: Daisy Ridley Discusses Rey's "Emotional Journey" In 'The Last Jedi' On 'Live'

Daisy Ridley continues to make the rounds for Star Wars: The Last Jedi's promotional tour. Ridley, who plays Rey, made two television appearances this morning, one being on Good Morning America, and the other happening on Live With Kelly And Ryan.


While on Live, Daisy spoke about her interactions with the British Princes and their visit to the set of The Last Jedi. About the film itself, she also mentions the uniqueness of The Last Jedi, as written and directed by Rian Johnson, and the fact that Rey will be on more of an "emotional journey" this time around. Later tonight, Daisy will round out her TV appearances with a guest spot on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. Star Wars: The Last Jedi blasts its way into theaters on December 15th! The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and stars Daisy Ridley as Rey, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, John Boyega as Finn, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Carrie Fisher as Leia Organa, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Kelly Marie Tran as Rose Tico, Laura Dern as Amilyn Holdo, Benicio Del Toro as DJ, and Lupita Nyong'o as Maz Kanata.
