Ron Howard is quickly becoming one of the most open Star Wars directors in recent memory. Since taking over the director's chair for the untitled Han Solo film, Howard has used his presence on social media to share a plethora of teases from the set.
Earlier today he posted a new photo of himself on set to to his Instagram. Behind him a monitor can be seen, and the monitor appears to show a view inside the Millennium Falcon. Leaning over the Falcon's console in the cockpit an individual in a yellow jumpsuit can be seen. You can see it below:
While many fans are speculating that it may actually be Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian in the photo, I'm not convinced. The person in question doesn't really look like Glover, in my opinion, and Ron Howard's caption for the photo is, "lining up a shot today from my director's monitor." It seems more plausible that we're seeing a crew member or a stand-in in the cockpit preparing to shoot a scene, rather than an actual scene playing out. Here's a closer look at the shot:
