Rian Johnson Shares Photo From the 'Episode VIII' Edit Bay

Filming on Star Wars Episode VIII wrapped up a few weeks ago, and now begins the process of editing the footage into the final film that audiences will see in theaters on December 15th, 2017.  After a short break following filming, director Rian Johnson took to Instagram to share a photo of himself in the edit bay to begin work on the rough cut of Episode VIII (the one he will be showing John Williams in a few weeks).  Check out the photo below,

While it's not as exciting as the set photos he would share during production, it's exciting to get the small updates on what's going on with Episode VIII, especially given the secrecy that surrounded The Force Awakens and the (rumored) turmoil around Rogue One.
