Jedi News and Teekay-421 are reporting that Billy Dee Williams will be back for at least two episodes of Season Three of the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels. Williams, who portrayed Lando Calrissian in the Original trilogy and in episodes from the first two seasons of Star Wars Rebels, spoke with Sander De Lange and Jelle Kuipers of Teekay-421 at the Dutch Comic Con, where he confirmed his return in Season Three of Star Wars Rebels. He also confirmed that he would be recording those episodes in the next two weeks.
Williams last appeared as Lando in the Season Two premiere "The Siege of Lothal" and when he was away from his mineral farm on Lothal. Hopefully we'll learn how the Empire's occupation of the planet (thanks to the actions of our heroes in Season One) has affected Lando's "operation" in Season Three.
