Entertainment Weekly's Anthony Breznican is killing it recently with a series of awesome behind the scenes featurettes focused on certain aspects of The Force Awakens. In previous weeks they released videos for BB-8 and Rey's Speeder, and this week they have revealed one all about the fastest hunk of junk in the Galaxy, the Millennium Falcon. Breznican talks about the production designers early discussions on how to update the Falcon and make it look different from it's previous appearance in the Original Trilogy. He also explains the different techniques utilized to bring the ship to life on screen, such as physical models and CGI, and he reveals that certain scenes features a full scale version of the Falcon that was only half built. Check out the video below for even more details!

See the Falcon back on the screen in all it's glory next Friday, December 18th, when Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens opens in theaters!
