What could be better than seeing Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens in theaters? Getting free swag, that's what! In addition to screening The Force Awakens for fans everywhere this December, many theaters are taking it a step further and offering free giveaways to attendees. Visiting one of these theaters increases your chances of snagging an exclusive poster for the film, special 3D glasses, and an assortment of other goodies. Recently StarWars.com revealed a list of participating theaters along with what they're offering.
Firstly, Regal Cinemas will be offering tickets with unique The Force Awakens artwork to the first 500 guests who attend their "Star Wars Saturdays" events taking place every Saturday from December 19th to January 9th.
Next, AMC Theatres will be giving away an exclusive poster print by artist Dan Mumford to guests who buy a ticket to The Force Awakens during their "Star Wars Sundays" events happening from December 20th to January 10th. A new poster will be revealed each week. Also, a special event will be happening at the AMC Disney Springs 24 theater in Walt Disney World. Attendees to the first screening there on December 17th will be treated to a private after hours party at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Tickets and more info can be found here!
Alamo Drafthouse will be offering a The Force Awakens themed Mondo-designed pint glass and a the very first issue of their "Birth. Movies. Death" as an advanced ticket promotion.
The El Capitan Theatre will be giving away collectible BB-8 buttons. The Force Awakens itself will be screened in Dolby Vision which is described as giving the film "richer colors and distinctly brighter images while preserving deep and dark blacks" and will be coupled with Dolby Atmos sound technology. A collection of props and costumes will also be on display, along with a laser Lighter curtain show.
Moviegoers who purchase their tickets through Fandango will be entered in a sweepstakes for chance to win a trip to The Force Awakens' world premiere
And finally, as we previously reported, those who choose to see The Force Awakens in 3D at Cinemark theaters will be given special 3D glasses themed after characters from the film, such as BB-8, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma and Stormtroopers.

Well, if you're planning to see The Force Awakens multiple times(who isn't?), it'd be a good idea to hit up a few different theaters and see what goodies you can snag!
