Begun, the Rogue One concept art descriptions have.  Our friends over at MakingStarWars.net spent many months last year sharing descriptions of concept art from Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, and now with the first Anthology film, Star Wars: Rogue One about to enter production they've got their hands on a description of a concept piece from that film.  Jason over at MSW is quick to point out that he hasn't actually seen this piece and he got this description second hand from a source.  While the description doesn't contain any major spoilers, if you are trying to avoid all spoilers from Rogue One then stop reading now.  This is your SPOILER ALERT!

Here is the description of the concept art via MSW,
Nighttime. Trees and bushes in the distance but you can see structures far out. In a clearing there’s a little girl outside a fence. Her family is on the other side. The father is shouting to the little girl and Stormtroopers are coming for them. Mom is crying, older son looks resigned. Little girl has one foot behind her as if she’s about to run. Stormtroopers had backpacks on with tubular riffles.

This sounds like a very dark scene, and Jason speculates this could be Felicity Jones' character's backstory in the film.  If that's her family about to be killed by the Empire, it it would give her could reason to join the Rebellion.  Or perhaps this could be a scene on the planet that the Rebels we will be following find themselves on when their searching for the Death Star plans.  All of that is speculation, but that description makes it clear we could be in for a very dramatic scene.

As always this is just a rumor until confirmed or denied by Lucasfilm or Disney.

Star Wars: Rogue One hits theaters on December 16th, 2016, starring Felicity Jones, and directed by Gareth Edwards.
