The fine folks at Del Rey have given us a new sneak peek at their upcoming novel Dark Disciple, the latest in a new line of canon Star Wars books. The novel, which is written by Christie Golden and based on unproduced episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, focuses on the former Sith assassin Asajj Ventress and unorthodox Jedi Knight Quinlan Vos as they are brought together and tasked by the Jedi Council to eliminate Count Dooku. Yesterday Del Rey shared a photo on social media of the newly printed book jacket for Dark Disciple and confirmed that it will include a foreword by Katie Lucas. It features the artwork of Ventress and Vos, which we're now familiar with, on the front. The back gives us a brand new piece of art which depicts a Lightsaber duel between Dooku and Ventress.
