Qui-Gon Jinn himself, Liam Neeson has weighed in with his thoughts on the new lightsaber from the teaser trailer for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. The 62 year old actor was out promoting his new film Taken 3 and was asked by Yahoo about his thoughts on the new Star Wars trailer. Neeson replied "I had a couple of worries about that lightsaber. I thought it it comes anywhere close to you it's like having a jet of fluid hitting your clothes and hitting your skin. But I'm sure they've thought about it." He then added that Qui-Gon would not go anywhere near that saber and would "just use the nice green one."
Neeson also reiterated that he would be open to returning to Star Wars in a spin off film if he was asked.
