After a long hiatus in announcements of official Star Wars Episode VII news, today Lucasfilm revealed a new cast member for the film! Warwick Davis has had many roles in the Star Wars Saga including Wicket the Ewok in Return Of The Jedi, Anakin's Rodian friend Wald and Podracing enthusiast Weazel in The Phantom Menace. Today the actor himself announced that he will be returning to a Galaxy far, far away next year with an unknown role in Episode VII. The announcement was done via a hilarious video which flashed back to Warwick's interview with Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy at Celebration Europe II where he inquired about a part in the film. Later, a bearded(Contractually obligated?) Warwick gets a call from Director J.J. Abrams. Check it out below:
