With the launch of the new official Star Wars Tumblr, comes some new concept art from the upcoming animated series Star Wars Rebels. The piece (above) is done by artist Andre Kirk and features the planet Lothal. According to the caption,
"The shadow of the Empire is cast on a major city on Lothal in this
previously unseen concept art by Andre Kirk from the upcoming animated
series Star Wars Rebels."
We learned back at New York Comic Con that Lothal would be a key planet on Rebels, and that the action would begin there.
