Lately several sites, including Furious Fanboys, have taken notice of what has been uploaded to the official Star Wars YouTube channel over the past few weeks. On Wednesday, October 9th, Lucasfilm posted the teaser trailer for A New Hope on YouTube and has continued the pattern every Wednesday since with The Empire Strikes Back teaser last week and "Revenge Of The Jedi" today. This has led many to believe that these trailers are leading up to a major announcement, or possibly a teaser trailer, for Episode VII to be released on October 30th, which just so happens to be 1 year anniversary of Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm and the announcement of Episode VII. While I believe it's far too early to expect a teaser trailer or footage of any kind from Episode VII, a major casting announcement is very much a possibility.
Also, about a month ago we reported on the reveal of Star Wars Insider #145, which promised to feature an "Episode VII Update". The update ended up being very small, reiterating the news about Episode VII being shot on film and the film's release schedule. Now the interesting part is the very last page of the the Magazine that features a teaser for the next issue, which is set for a release on November 5th, just a few days after announcement in question. The special edition issue boasts to be "Bigger than Jabba" with 148 pages, special features on all parts of the Saga and.... "The Big Three: Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford interviews". Now what could Mark, Carrie and Harrison possibly have to talk about? Hmmm....
