It was announced on Friday that Kyle Newman, director of the film
Fanboys and prominent member of the Star Wars fan community, will be joining the cast of
Star Wars The Clone Wars as a still to be announced character (no word yet on whether that character will be voicing Ben Quadinaros). Newman made the announcement on
his Facebook fan page saying "
LIFELONG DREAM REALIZED: I became part of the Star Wars Universe!! Voiced a fun, new character and will appear in an episode along with my wife Jaime King! Woohoo!"
