Star Wars: The Last Jedi, titled
The Director and the Jedi, has been
released online by IMDb. The preview begins with
The Last Jedi writer/director Rian Johnson giving a speech at the film's wrap party in London, before transitioning to some early rehearsal sessions with the films stars Daisy Ridley and Mark Hamill, and then concludes with Johnson arriving at Skellig Michael in Ireland to shoot the first scenes for the movie. Star Wars Episode VIII director Rian Johnson posted a new picture from the set of the film on
his Tumblr today. The black and white photo shows cinematographer Steve Yedlin on the Millennium Falcon set. Check it out below,
Obviously we knew the Falcon would be in the movie, but it's always nice to get little tidbits from the set. Episode VIII star Daisy Ridley (Rey) said in a recent interview that Johnson's set would be less secretive than The Force Awakens was. Johnson has previously tweeted another picture from the set, and Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher had both tweeted pictures of their "Space Bear: Episode VIII" chairs.
