Preview Of "The Rise of Kylo Ren #1" Released

Before Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters, fans will get a brief look at some of the backstory to Supreme Leader Kylo Ren when Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren #1, the first in a four issue comic book miniseries, hits shelves on December 18th.  The series, which is written by Charles Soule (Poe Dameron, Obi-Wan and Anakin), will pick up right after Luke Skywalker and Ben Solo's infamous confrontation which led to Ben destroying Luke's temple (as seen in The Last Jedi).

StarWars.com released five pages from the first issue today, and you can check out some of them below,

Charles Soule, the author of the series, clarified on Twitter today that the pages released on StarWars.com are not the first pages of the issue.
