Video From 'The Last Jedi' Press Event in Mexico City

Yesterday, Lucasfilm hosted a special press preview event for Star Wars: The Last Jedi in Mexico City yesterday.  At the event, writer/director Rian Johnson, Rey actress Daisy Ridley, and Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill were in attendance to show a special preview of the movie.  During the event, the official Star Wars Latin America Facebook Page hosted a special live stream featuring interviews with the cast and crew (in English).  You can watch a replay of the stream below,




In addition, Hamill, Johnson, and the official Star Wars Latin America Twitter account shared lots of pictures from the event on social media,

The audience at yesterday's event were also shown the first ten minutes of The Last Jedi, making them the first audience, outside of the people working on the film, to see a full clip of the movie.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15th.  The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and stars Daisy Ridley as Rey, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, John Boyega as Finn, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Carrie Fisher as Leia Organa, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Kelly Marie Tran as Rose Tico, Laura Dern as Amilyn Holdo, Benicio Del Toro as DJ, and Lupita Nyong'o as Maz Kanata.
